The Dolwyddelan Sheep Dog Trials are held annually in September at Ty Isaf Farm.

The public entrance and refreshments marque is behind the Pavilion.

There are three classes for competitors . . .

• Local Class – open to anyone who is born or living in the parish.

• Open Class – open for anyone to compete (This class usually runs through Saturday with some 60 to 80 dogs competing).

• Second Class – for dogs who have not won a prize in the Open Class.
